Freedom Principle MO Proposed Amendments to the 2024 Missouri Republican Platform

Please download these proposed amendments to bring to the Caucus on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Please make sure you fill out each form and sign it when submitting.

Please note: Missouri does not have a provision for a Presidential Preference Primary, The Missouri General Assembly did not reinstate the Presidential Preference Primary.

Key Caucus Dates:

  • March 2, 2024 - Local County Caucuses

  • April 6, 2024 - Congressional District Conventions

  • May 4, 2024 - State Convention (Springfield Expo Center, Springfield, MO)

  • July 15, 2024 - Republican National Convention (Milwaukee, WI)

Not sure what to expect on Caucus Day? Consult the checklist below:

The local County Caucuses will convene at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 2, 2024.

  • Contact your County Republican Central Committee for location

  • Doors will open as early as practicable for the location

  • Voters wishing to partake in the caucus should join a line to sign-in, and present their PHOTO ID.

  • The Creditials Committee will judge the qualificatoins of voters in accordance witht he 20204 Call to Convention.

  • Doors will close 10:00 am. Any voter in line will be allowed to enter, but no new voters will be allowed to join the line.

Missouri Caucus Process

The following are the eight candidates who have met the requirements as outlined by the 2024 Call to Convention:

  1. Donald Trump

  2. Vivek Ramaswamy

  3. Ron DeSantis

  4. Nikki Haley

  5. Tim Scott

  6. Doug Burgum

  7. David Stuckenberg

  8. Chris Christie

Caucusing Process: The Local Caucuses will convene at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 2, 2024.

There are two binding scenarios regarding to the selection of candidates:

  1. Winner Take All: If over half of the voters at the caucus (50% plus one) vote for a single candidate, all delegates and alternates selected will be bound to that candidate.

  2. Plurality Scenario: If no candidate receives over 50% of voters, the slate will be elected proportionally.
